PAYABLE ON SITE to our hosts during the event
SCHOOLS, LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES, AND SCHOOL-BASED DAYCARE SERVED ONLY: 30-day net processing time; after this period, an administrative fee of 2% per month will apply.
Except for shipping costs, which are payable 48 hours in advance (in a separate invoice). If you do not want to submit two invoices, a $50.00 administrative fee will be added to the single invoice.
